## Summary

* Swap to updated SDCardManager which uses SdFat
* Add exFAT support
  * Swap to using FsFile everywhere
* Use newly exposed `SdMan` macro to get to static instance of
SDCardManager
* Move a bunch of FsHelpers up to SDCardManager
